16. Vì nầy, ta sẽ dấy lên một kẻ chăn trong đất nầy, kẻ ấy sẽ chẳng thăm viếng chiên bị mất, chẳng tìm kiếm chiên tản lạc, không chữa con nào bị thương, không nuôi con nào mập mạnh; song nó ăn thịt con rất mập, và xé móng chúng nó.
