9. Vaû laïi, neáu daân chaúng tin caû hai daáu naày, vaø khoâng vaâng theo lôøi ngöôi, thì haõy laáy nöôùc döôùi soâng maø laøm traøn ngaäp treân maët ñaát; nöôùc maø ngöôi ñaõ laáy döôùi soâng leân ñoù, seõ thaønh maùu treân maët ñaát vaäy.
