Ñoaïn, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va phaùn cuøng Moâi-se raèng: Haõy truyeàn cho A-roân raèng: Caàm laáy caây gaäy anh, giô tay ra treân nöôùc xöù EÂ-díp-toâ, treân raïch, soâng, baøu, vaø khaép moïi nôi coù nöôùc trong xöù, haàu cho nöôùc hoùa thaønh huyeát; caû xöù EÂ-díp-toâ, vaø trong nhöõng bình chöùa nöôùc baèng goã, baèng ñaù ñeàu seõ coù huyeát heát thaûy.
