21. Phaàn coøn laïi seõ thuoäc veà vua, ôû veà hai beân ñaát thaùnh ñaõ trích ra vaø ñòa phaän thaønh phoá, beà daøi hai möôi laêm ngaøn caàn cuûa phaàn ñaát trích ra, cho ñeán bôø coõi phía ñoâng; vaø veà phía taây, beà daøi hai möôi laêm ngaøn caàn cho ñeán bôø coõi phía taây, roïc theo caùc phaàn cuûa caùc chi phaùi. Aáy seõ laø phaàn cuûa vua; vaø phaàn ñaát thaùnh ñaõ trích ra cuøng nôi thaùnh cuûa nhaø seõ ôû chính giöõa.
