12. Traûi qua caùc ñôøi, moãi ngöôøi nam trong voøng caùc ngöôi, hoaëc sanh ñeû taïi nhaø, hoaëc ñem tieàn ra mua nôi ngöôøi ngoaïi bang, chaúng thuoäc veà doøng gioáng ngöôi, heã leân ñöôïc taùm ngaøy roài, ñeàu phaûi chòu pheùp caét bì.
