Trong luùc ñoù, daân ngöôøi cao da môûn, töùc laø daân ñaùng kinh sôï töø khi laäp nöôùc trôû ñi, laø daân hay caân löôøng vaø giaøy ñaïp, laø nöôùc maø coù nhöõng soâng chia ñaát noù, chính daân aáy seõ ñem leã vaät daâng cho Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân, trong nôi danh Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân ngöï, laø nuùi Si-oân.
