9. Caùc nöôùc haõy nhoùm laïi, caùc daân toäc haõy hieäp laïi! Trong voøng hoï, ai coù theå rao truyeàn söï naày, vaø toû cho chuùng ta nhöõng söï töø tröôùc? Hoï haõy daãn ngöôøi laøm chöùng, haàu cho mình ñöôïc xöng coâng bình, vaø cho ngöôøi ta nghe maø noùi raèng: Aáy laø thaät!
