13. Aáy chính ta ñaõ daáy ngöôøi leân trong söï coâng bình, vaø seõ ban baèng moïi ñöôøng loái ngöôøi. Ngöôøi seõ laäp laïi thaønh ta, vaø thaû keû bò ñaøy cuûa ta, khoâng caàn giaù chuoäc, cuõng khoâng caàn phaàn thöôûng, Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va vaïn quaân phaùn vaäy.
