13. Giaû söû coøn laïi moät phaàn möôøi daân cö taïi ñoù, hoï seõ laïi bò thieâu nuoát. Nhöng, nhö khi ngöôøi ta haï caây thoâng caây deõ, chöøa goác noù laïi, thì cuõng vaäy, gioáng thaùnh laø goác cuûa noù.
