13. Haõy ñöùng daäy laøm cho daân söï neân thaùnh, vaø haõy noùi raèng: Caùc ngöôi khaù laøm cho mình neân thaùnh veà ngaøy mai; vì Gieâ-hoâ-va Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi cuûa Y-sô-ra-eân coù phaùn nhö vaày: Hôõi Y-sô-ra-eân, ngöôi coù vaät ñaùng dieät taïi giöõa ngöôi! ngöôi khoâng theá choáng cöï noåi tröôùc maët keû thuø nghòch mình cho ñeán chöøng naøo caùc ngöôi ñaõ caát khoûi giöõa mình vaät ñaùng dieät aáy.
