17. Neáu ngöôøi khoâng chòu nghe caùc ngöôøi ñoù, thì haõy caùo cuøng Hoäi thaùnh, laïi neáu ngöôøi khoâng chòu nghe Hoäi thaùnh, thì haõy coi ngöôøi nhö keû ngoaïi vaø keû thaâu thueá vaäy.
