19. Vaäy, ai huûy moät ñieàu cöïc nhoû naøo trong nhöõng ñieàu raên naày, vaø daïy ngöôøi ta laøm nhö vaäy, thì seõ bò xöng laø cöïc nhoû trong nöôùc thieân ñaøng; coøn nhö ai giöõ nhöõng ñieàu raên aáy, vaø daïy ngöôøi ta nöõa, thì seõ ñöôïc xöng laø lôùn trong nöôùc thieân ñaøng.
