1. Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va oâi! keû cöøu ñòch toâi ñaõ theâm nhieàu döôøng bao! Laém keû daáy leân cuøng toâi thay!
  
2. Bieát bao keû noùi veà linh hoàn toâi raèng: Nôi Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi chaúng coù söï cöùu roãi cho noù.
  
3. Nhöng, hôõi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, Ngaøi laø caùi khieân chôû che toâi; Ngaøi laø söï vinh hieån toâi, vaø laø Ñaáng laøm cho toâi ngöôùc ñaàu leân.
  
4. Toâi laáy tieáng toâi maø keâu caàu Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, Töø nuùi thaùnh Ngaøi ñaùp lôøi toâi.
  
5. Toâi naèm xuoáng maø nguû; Toâi tænh thöùc, vì Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va naâng ñôõ toâi.
  
6. Toâi seõ khoâng nao muoân ngöôøi Vaây toâi khaép boán beân.
  
7. Hôõi Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va, haõy choãi daäy; Hôõi Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi toâi, haõy cöùu toâi! Vì Chuùa ñaõ vaû maù caùc keû thuø nghòch toâi, Vaø beû gaõy raêng keû aùc.
  
8. Söï cöùu roãi thuoäc veà Ñöùc Gieâ-hoâ-va. Nguyeän phöôùc Ngaøi giaùng treân daân söï Ngaøi!
