1. Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi ñöùng trong hoäi Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi; Ngaøi ñoaùn xeùt giöõa caùc thaàn.
  
2. Caùc ngöôi seõ ñoaùn xeùt chaúng coâng bình, Vaø taây vò keû aùc cho ñeán chöøng naøo?
  
3. Haõy ñoaùn xeùt keû khoán cuøng vaø ngöôøi moà coâi; Haõy xöû coâng bình cho ngöôøi buoàn raàu vaø keû tuùng ngaët.
  
4. Khaù cöùu vôùt keû khoán cuøng vaø ngöôøi thieáu thoán, Giaûi hoï khoûi tay keû aùc.
  
5. Chuùng noù khoâng bieát chi, cuõng chaúng hieåu chi; Chuùng noù ñi qua ñi laïi trong söï toái taêm: Caùc neàn traùi ñaát ñeàu ruùng ñoäng.
  
6. Ta ñaõ noùi: Caùc ngöôi laø thaàn, Heát thaûy ñeàu laø con trai cuûa Ñaáng Chí cao.
  
7. Daàu vaäy, caùc ngöôi seõ cheát nhö loaøi ngöôøi, sa ngaõ nhö moät quan tröôûng.
  
8. Hôõi Ñöùc Chuùa Trôøi, haõy choãi daäy, ñoaùn xeùt theá gian; Vì Chuùa seõ ñöôïc muoân daân laøm cô nghieäp.
