10. Vì chöng tröôùc nhöõng ngaøy ñoù chaúng coù tieàn coâng cho ngöôøi ta, cuõng chaúng coù tieàn coâng cho thuù vaät; vaø vì côù keû cöøu ñòch, thì chaúng coù söï bình an cho keû ra ngöôøi vaøo; vì ta ñaõ khieán moïi ngöôøi ai naày nghòch cuøng keû laân caän mình.
