1. Kumongameli. Umhobe kaDavide. Kunini na, Yehova, undilibele kwaphela? Kunini na ubusithelisa ubuso bakho kum?
  
2. Kunini na ndicebacebisana nomphefumlo wam, Ndinesingqala entliziyweni yam imini le? Kunini na lundiphakamele utshaba lwam?
  
3. Bheka undiphendule, Yehova, Thixo wam; Khanyisa amehlo am, hleze ndilale ukufa;
  
4. Hleze utshaba lwam luthi, Ndimeyisile; Bagcobe abandibandezelayo, xa ndithe ndashukunyiswa.
  
5. Mna ndikholose ngenceba yakho, Mayigcobe intliziyo yam ngosindiso lwakho.
  
6. Ndiya kuvuma kuYehova, Ngokuba endiphethe kakuhle.
