1. Kumongameli wokubethelwa izinto ezineentambo: ngelamadoda ilizwi. Umhobe kaDavide. Yehova, musa ukundohlwaya unomsindo, Ungandithethisi unobushushu.
  
2. Ndibabale, Yehova, ngokuba ndintshwenyile; Ndiphilise, Yehova, ngokuba ekhwankqisiwe amathambo am.
  
3. Umphefumlo wam ukhwankqiswe kakhulu; Ke wena, Yehova, koda kube nini na?
  
4. Buya, Yehova, uwuhlangule umphefumlo wam; Ndisindise ngenxa yenceba yakho.
  
5. Ngokuba ekufeni akusekho kukukhumbula; Kwelabafileyo ngubani na osenokubulela kuwe?
  
6. Ndidiniwe kukugcuma kwam; Ndiludadisa ubusuku bonke ukhuko lwam, Ndiwenza manzi umandlalo wam ngeenyembezi zam.
  
7. Lonakele kukukhathazeka iliso lam; Laluphele ngenxa yababandezeli bam bonke.
  
8. Sukani kum, nina nonke basebenzi bobutshinga; Ngokuba uYehova ulivile ilizwi lokulila kwam.
  
9. Ukuvile uYehova ukutarhuzisa kwam; UYehova umthandazo wam uyawamkela.
  
10. Ziya kudana, zikhwankqe kakhulu, zonke iintshaba zam; Ziya kubuyiswa zidanile ngephanyazo.
