19. यास्तव जो कोणी या अगदीं लहान आज्ञांतील एक रद्द करील व तदनुसार लोकांस शिकवील त्याला स्वर्गाच्या राज्यांत अगदी लहान म्हणतील; आणि जो कोणी त्या पाळील व शिकवील त्याला स्वर्गाच्या राज्यांत मोठा म्हणतील.
