1. Heri kila mtu amchaye Bwana, Aendaye katika njia yake.
  
2. Taabu ya mikono yako hakika utaila; Utakuwa heri, na kwako kwema.
  
3. Mkeo atakuwa kama mzabibu uzaao, Vyumbani mwa nyumba yako. Wanao kama miche ya mizeituni Wakiizunguka meza yako.
  
4. Tazama, atabarikiwa hivyo, yule amchaye Bwana.
  
5. Bwana akubariki toka Sayuni; Uone uheri wa Yerusalemu siku zote za maisha yako;
  
6. Naam, ukawaone wana wa wanao. Amani ikae na Israeli.
