1. Mara nyingi wamenitesa tangu ujana wangu, Israeli na aseme sasa,
  
2. Mara nyingi wamenitesa tangu ujana wangu, Lakini hawakuniweza.
  
3. Wakulima wamelima mgongoni mwangu, Wamefanya mirefu mifuo yao.
  
4. Bwana ndiye mwenye haki, Amezikata kamba zao wasio haki.
  
5. Na waaibishwe, warudishwe nyuma, Wote wanaoichukia Sayuni.
  
6. Na wawe kama majani ya darini Yanyaukayo kabla hayajamea.
  
7. Ambayo mvunaji haujazi mkono wake, Wala mfunga miganda kifua chake.
  
8. Wala hawasemi wapitao, Amani ya Bwana ikae nanyi, Twawabariki kwa jina la Bwana.
